LSU Sixty Airs Sunday Night at 6 p.m.
Show features interviews with Paul Mainieri, Shelly Mullenix and Cody Worsham
BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Sixty, a program highlighting events and topics involving the athletic department, will air at 6 p.m. CT Sunday on the LSU Sports Radio Network.
The one-hour show, hosted by Bill Franques, is a weekly production containing football game recaps and interviews with LSU personalities. The show airs on Sundays in the fall, and it may be heard statewide on affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network, including Talk 107.3 FM in Baton Rouge.
LSU Sixty is also streamed live each week on the official web site of LSU Athletics, www.LSUsports.net.
Shelly Mullenix, senior associate athletics director for student-athlete health and wellness, joins the show to discuss how LSU Athletics has managed to function effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic.
LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri stops by to talk about his team’s preparation for the 2021 season, which will begin this spring on a date to be determined. LSU is ranked No. 7 in the 2021 Collegiate Baseball preseason poll.
The show also includes a visit with LSU digital media reporter Cody Worsham, who discusses the latest news involving the football and basketball teams.
