Dibildox Earns Degree in Spring 2020

BATON ROUGE – LSU women’s golfer Monica Diblidox received her bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration today in the university’s virtual commencement ceremonies. The four-year member of the Tigers team also added minors in Business and Communications.

Dibildox represented the Tigers in three SEC Championship tournaments and at the 2019 NCAA East Lansing Regional. The Saltillo, Mexico native played 70 rounds during her LSU career, recording a career stroke average of 75.80. Her career mark now ranks tied for 13th on the LSU career stroke average list.

Dibildox was the top player for LSU in the 2018-19 season with a 74.48 stroke average, ranking 19th on the LSU single season list at the end of last season. Her play during the season earned her 2019 Louisiana Player of the Year and All-Louisiana Team honors.

Dibildox is a two-time member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll and was heavily involved in LSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, serving as Vice President of the organization in 2019-20. She also participated in the SEC Career Tour in Atlanta in 2018 and 2019.
