BATON ROUGE – With No. 5 LSU and No. 3 Florida facing off in front of an expected record crowd on Friday night inside the Maravich Center, LSU officials remind fans attending the meet to arrive early and to Geaux Clear.

Arrive Early
The match up is expected to draw record crowds as two of the best teams in the Southeastern Conference face each other. All fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid long lines. Intros for the meet begin at 7:40 p.m. and first vault is set for 8:05 p.m.
Buy Tickets Before Friday
Fans who have not purchased tickets yet are encouraged to buy ahead of time to guarantee a spot for Friday’s meet. Tickets for the meet are available at www.LSUTIX.net or by calling the LSU Ticket Office at (225)578-2184 or toll-free at (800)960-8587. Season tickets are also still on sale for fans interested in reserved tickets for the remaining five regular season meets. LSU students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
Geaux Clear
Fans are reminded that LSU’s Geaux Clear policy is in effect for all sports. The following bags are permitted inside LSU Athletic venues: clear 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller bags, clear 1-gallon freezer bags & clear or non-clear 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a person’s hand) wallets/wristlets/clutches. Maravich Center Entrances, Student Section Open Early
There are four upper concourse entrances open for all home meets (NE, SE, SW, NW). There is also a lower entrance open at the southeast corner of the arena; the special assistance elevator is also located near this entrance.
The LSU student entrance located on the Upper W concourse (facing Bernie Moore Stadium) will open at 5:55 p.m. The first 500 students in attendance will receive a free quesadilla from Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. All other entrances will open at 6:10 p.m. Friday.
Parking/Traffic
Fans are encouraged to arrive early and use the Waze app when traveling to campus. Additionally, information regarding available lots and policies can be found at LSUSports.net/gameday. Please use caution upon arriving and leaving as heavy pedestrian foot-traffic is expected. Fans are encouraged to leave via Nicholson Dr. as that’s where the concentration of law enforcement personnel working intersections are deployed.
North Stadium Drive Closed to Vehicle Traffic
The section of North Stadium Drive from West Stadium Drive to Fieldhouse Drive will be closed at 5:40 p.m. Only those with Lot 201 or Lot 300 parking permits will have vehicular access to North Stadium Drive. Lot 101 will still be accessible for free parking for all patrons. All other parking lots on campus will remain free and open to the public.
ADA Parking – Lot 300
ADA parking is located in Lot 300 off of North Stadium Drive. Patrons must have a state issued handicap license plate or placard for access to this parking area. Patrons must enter the lot from N. Stadium Dr., and parking is available for the first 20 vehicles only
Guest Service Kiosks
Guest Services kiosks are located on the concourse at portal G and portal S and at the lower SE corner of the floor near Bars. All kiosks are staffed with Guest Services representatives who are available to answer questions and address issues throughout the meet. The kiosks are also equipped with fan amenities: posters, schedule cards, game programs, phone charging stations, etc.
Guest Service Hotline (225-578-4085)
A Guest Services hotline is available to better assist fans with questions before, during and after LSU Athletics competitions and events. The hotline is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and also surrounding LSU Athletics events. Guest Services representatives are happy to assist fans with all questions/issues or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
