BATON ROUGE – In this week’s national polls, the LSU softball team stays at No. 14 in both the NFCA Coaches Poll and ESPN.com/USA Softball poll.
The Tigers, who are 32-7 on the year, earned 396 total points in the poll from the coaches, while earning 251 points in the USA Softball rankings. LSU has been ranked every week since the end of the 2014 season.
LSU is on the road this weekend, traveling to No. 10/13 Tennessee for a three-game SEC series. The series opener will be Friday at 5 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
