BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 6 p.m. CT Wednesday on Cox Sports Television. Replays of the show will air at 7:30 p.m. CT Thursday and Noon CT Friday.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.
LSU Tiger Tracks opens this week with a report on the second-ranked gymnastics team’s bid to the NCAA Regional in Raleigh, N.C. The Tigers will compete next weekend for a berth in the NCAA Gymnastics Championships that will be held in St. Louis, Mo., April 20-21.
The show continues with a look at the Lady Tiger golf squad’s victory in last weekend’s LSU Tiger Golf Classic that was held at the University Club in Baton Rouge. LSU rebounded from an 11-shot deficit on the tournament’s final day to secure the victory.
LSU Tiger Tracks also includes a report on the 10th-ranked beach volleyball team, which was undefeated in five matches last week.
