BATON ROUGE- Game 5 of the Baton Rouge Regional has been suspended due to lightning in the area. LSU and McNeese have yet to start the game.

8:35 p.m. CT – The game has resumed on WatchESPN.com and LSUsports.net/live. IF game 5 is completed by 10:30 p.m. CT, game 6 will be played Sunday evening. Otherwise, game 6 would be scheduled for Monday.
7:31 p.m. CT – The tarp is off of the field! Tentative Geaux Time: 8:35 p.m. CT. See you at Tiger Park.
7:14 p.m. CT – The rain is subsiding, and the grounds crew is out trying to get the field in playing condition. More updates to come from Tiger Park.

2:48 p.m. CT – ATTENTION: Lightning has been detected within eight miles of Tiger Park. We are officially in a delay.
2:03 p.m. CT – The grounds crew is on the field. It’s time to remove the tarp! Tentative Geaux Time: 2:18 p.m. CT.
