BATON ROUGE, La.- Seniors Helen Boyle and Katie Lindelow were selected to the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association All-Academic Team the league announced today. The duo were joined along with eight other student-athletes who were announced by the league office.
The All-Academic Team recognizes student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. All the members of the team boast a 3.30 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team’s games.
On the year, Lindelow, a graduate student from Mandeville, Louisiana, has competed at the one spot alongside partner Ashley Allmer. Lindelow has compiled a 10-9 on the year with a win against No. 10 Georgia State in the Tiger Beach Challenge
Boyle, a graduate student from Eureka, Missouri, has garnered 15 wins in 19 matches, racking up an impressive 6-3 record against ranked opponents.
