BATON ROUGE – Registration has begun for the six sessions of the Johnny Jones LSU Basketball Camp for 2016.
Last year’s camp was sold out in almost every session with record total numbers for the summer on the LSU campus.
The camp sessions for 2016 include: Day Camp Session I (for campers entering third through 10th grade), June 6-9; Tiger Cup Camp Session I (for campers entering kindergarten through second grade), June 6-9; the popular Father-Son Camp (on Father’s Day weekend for Dads and campers entering 1st through 10th grade), June 17-18; and, Overnight Camp (for campers entering fifth through 12th grade), June 26-29.
The camp concludes with two more sessions each on July 25-28 – Day Camp Session II (for campers entering third grade through sixth grade); and, Tiger Cub Camp Session II (for campers entering kindergarten through the second grade).
Each Camp session includes a camp T-shirt, camp basketball and top-notch instruction along with great prizes for contests and competition. LSU Head Coach Johnny Jones and the LSU Coaching staff will direct the camp. Camp staff will include experienced high school coaches and LSU players will serve as camp counselors.
The Johnny Jones Basketball Camp is open to any/all entrants limited only by number, age, grade lever or gender.
