BATON ROUGE, La. — The LSU Swimming and Diving team is pleased to announce the signing of diver Madison Sthamann out of White City, Saskatchewan. Sthamann competed at the Regina Diving Club under coach Laura Lunn-Desautels
“I am thrilled to add Madison’s strength and experience to our team, LSU Diving coach Doug Shaffer said. “She is extremely talented, a dynamic performer and will make an immediate impact to our program. Madison has a huge future ahead of her and we are very excited to have her in Baton Rouge.”
Sthamann is a member of the 2014 Canada Junior National Team and finished third in the platform at the 2014 Youth International Diving Meet. Sthamann was also a finalist on platform at the Canadian Senior National Championships and at the 2013 Speedo Junior Elite Championships on three-meter and platform.
