Fan Fest Among Free LSU Spring Game Activities

BATON ROUGE – A fan fest featuring free carnival rides for the kids along with interactive games, food, beer and music will be among the highlights for fans to take advantage of on Saturday when LSU hosts the National L Club Spring Game presented by Tony Chachere’s.

Kickoff for the spring game is set for 1 p.m. and admission to the contest is free. All seating for the game will be on the lower west side of Tiger Stadium and in the north endzone.

The fan fest, which will be located in the Championship Plaza in lot 101 on the west side of Tiger Stadium, opens at 11 a.m. and will remain open until 7 p.m.

The LSU football team will walk down “Victory Hill” at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. LSU’s three early departures to the NFL – linebacker Devin White, cornerback Greedy Williams, and nose tackle Ed Alexander – will have their “senior tribute” at midfield in Tiger Stadium at approximately 12:45.

Following the game, LSU will host an autograph session on the field in Tiger Stadium where fans can meet, take pictures and get autographs from the 2019 football team and coaching staff.

Fans can also enter a raffle at www.LSUsports.net/springgame with a chance to win prizes such as 2019 LSU vs. Florida football team, season tickets and many more items. You must be present at the game on Saturday in order to win.

In addition the game being televised on the SEC Network, the LSU Sports Radio Network will broadcast the game and it can be heard in the Baton Rouge on 104.5/104.9 FM and on the internet at www.LSUsports.net/live. Chris Blair, Doug Moreau and Gordy Rush will be on the radio call for the Tigers.
