BATON ROUGE, La. — LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri will host a luncheon open to the general public at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at the L’Auberge Hotel and Casino on River Road in Baton Rouge.
LSU Hall of Fame coach Skip Bertman, who directed the Tigers to five national titles during his 18-season tenure (1984-2001), will serve as guest speaker.
The luncheon, which is presented by UPS, will be held at the Bon Temps Buffet located on the main floor at L’Auberge, and the all-you-can-eat buffet is $14.95 per person. The buffet is available beginning at 11:30 a.m., and the program will begin at approximately Noon.
Mainieri will discuss the first half of the Tigers’ 2019 season and look ahead to the second half, which includes four SEC series in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
