Softball Ranked No. 10 in National Polls

BATON ROUGE – The LSU softball team remains in the top 10 of both national polls on Tuesday, coming in at No. 10 in both the NFCA and USA Softball Poll.

The Tigers earned 555 total points in the poll from the coaches, while earning 342 points in the USA Softball rankings. LSU has been ranked every week since the end of the 2014 season.

LSU returns home this weekend, playing host to the LSU Invitational. The Tigers welcome in Illinois State, No. 23/RV McNeese State, Purdue and Florida Atlantic. LSU will kick off the invite Friday with Illinois State and McNeese State at 5 and 7:30 p.m. CT.
