Softball Remains in Top 10 of National Polls

BATON ROUGE – After claiming six more victories to stay undefeated at 10-0, the LSU softball team remains in the top 10 of both national polls on Tuesday, remaining at No. 7 in the NFCA Poll and moving to No. 8 in the USA Softball Poll.

The Tigers earned 615 total points in the poll from the coaches, while earning 381 points in the USA Softball rankings.

LSU is on the road for the first time in 2018, heading to California to compete in the Libby Matson Tournament in Stockton and the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Palm Springs. On the weekend, the Tigers will face No. 3/4 UCLA and No. 5/2 Oregon at the Mary Nutter.
