Tigers Take in First Full Day in Orlando

ORLANDO –LSU football team spent its first full day in Orlando Friday with the Tigers taking to the field for practice at Celebration High School before unwinding with a trip to Best Buy and Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.

LSU and Notre Dame kick off at noon CT Monday at Camping World Stadium. The game will be televised on ABC.

LSU offensive coordinator Matt Canada, defensive coordinator Dave Aranda, senior quarterback Danny Etling and sophomore Devin White started out the day by meeting with members of the media.

The crew rejoined the team for the trip to Celebration High School, the spot where the Tigers practiced last year. Head coach Ed Orgeron led the team through “Turnover Wednesday” as the team finalizes its preparation for the Irish.

In the evening, the team used its gift card for Best Buy provided by the Citrus Bowl. The group then relaxed with arcade games and indoor karting at Andretti.

The team will practice Saturday in the final full practice before Monday’s game against the Irish. The players and coaching staff will also participate in the Day for Kids at Tinker Field near Camping World Stadium then an evening at Universal Studios Orlando.
