This Week on LSU Tiger Tracks
BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 9 p.m. CT Wednesday on Cox Sports Television. A replay of the show will air at 5 p.m. CT Thursday.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.
LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a report by correspondent Garrett Walvoord of the hiring of Ed Orgeron as the Tigers’ head football coach. Orgeron, who led LSU to a 5-2 mark as its interim coach, became on Saturday the 33rd head coach in LSU football history.
The show continues with a feature about the LSU Lady Tiger basketball team’s trip to the Virgin Islands, where it won two of three games in the annual Paradise Jam.
LSU Tiger Tracks also profiles LSU football team chaplain Ken Ellis, a former All-Pro defensive back with the Green Bay Packers who now works as a pastor and teacher in Baker, La.
