Tiger Tracks Features Baseball, Softball
BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 6:30 p.m. CT Wednesday and at 1 p.m. CT Saturday on Cox Sports Television.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.
LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a visit to the studio from baseball coach Paul Mainieri, who enters his ninth year at the helm of the program when the Tigers play host to Kansas at 7 p.m. Friday in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. Mainieri has directed LSU to 150 victories over the past three seasons, the most wins of any school in that span.
The show also includes an update from correspondent Garrett Walvoord on the softball team, which posted five straight wins to begin the 2015 season at last weekend’s Tiger Classic.
