Hunter Named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week

BATON ROUGE — LSU sophomore defensive end Danielle Hunter was named the Southeastern Conference’s Defensive Lineman of the Week following the Tigers’ 17-6 victory over Florida.

Hunter, 6-foot-6 from Katy, Texas, had seven tackles and two passes batted down as he and the Tigers defense kept Florida out of the endzone in the annual matchup for the first time since 1979.
