LSU-MSU to be Televised by ESPN2 at 6:30 p.m.

BATON ROUGE — LSU’s game against Mississippi State on Saturday, Sept. 27 in Tiger Stadium will be televised to a national audience by ESPN2 and will kickoff at 6:30 p.m., the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.

It will mark the second straight week and the third time in four games this year that the Tigers will play on one of the ESPN networks. LSU opened the year against Appalachian State on ESPNU and the Tigers play at Auburn on Saturday on ESPN.

The Mississippi State contest will also serve as the Gold Game for LSU as Tiger fans are asked to wear gold to the game.

Other SEC games scheduled for television include: Ole Miss at Florida at 11:30 a.m. CT on Raycom Sports; Tennessee at Auburn at 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS; Arkansas at Texas at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC; and Alabama at Georgia at 6:45 p.m. CT on ESPN.
