BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — For the fourth consecutive week, an LSU swimmer or diver has received recognition from the Southeastern Conference office as sophomore Rachel Ware was named SEC Female Diver of the Week on Tuesday.
Ware, a native of Richmond, Texas, won the 1-meter in the Lady Tigers’ wins over Alabama and Vanderbilt last Friday in Tuscaloosa. She took first place in the 1-meter with a score of 279.35 and finished second in the 3-meter with a tally of 283.25.
