Soccer's Lee Featured Tonight on SEC-TV
BATON ROUGE — SEC-TV reporter Natalie Taylor takes a “Time-Out” with LSU head soccer coach Brian Lee this week as fans have the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look into the Tigers’ recent match against No. 6 Tennessee on Oct. 5.
It proved to be a historic night for the Tigers as they earned their first ever win over an opponent ranked among the nation’s Top 10 teams with a dominating 3-0 shutout of the Lady Volunteers.
The squad also set the all-time attendance record at the LSU Soccer Complex for the third time this season as a total of 2,402 fans packed the stands to cheer the Tigers on to victory, eclipsing the previous mark of 2,160 set against McNeese State on Sept. 14.
This week’s edition of SEC-TV is scheduled to air Thursday at 5:30 p.m. CT on Fox Sports Net South followed by an encore presentation on Friday at 5:30 p.m. on SportSouth.
