BATON ROUGE — Garrett Temple and his Team Reach USA concluded their tour of China with a 6-2 record after a 90-81 win over the professional Zhe Jiang team in the final game.
Temple scored five points in the game with four assists, after scoring his tour best of 11 in the seventh game of the tour. The Reach Team won its four games of the tour, before dropping two consecutive. It was in the sixth games of the tour that Temple sat out with a bruised knee.
For the tour, Temple, who will be a junior at LSU this coming season, averaged 5.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
