Tiger Sportsline with John Brady Begins Monday
BATON ROUGE — Basketball will be the topic Monday night with the season debut of the LSU men’s basketball call-in show, Tiger Sportsline with John Brady, to be heard around the state on the LSU Sports Network.
The one-hour program, from 7-8 p.m., is also available on the Internet at www.LSUsports.net.
Jim Hawthorne will host the show with Coach John Brady and the show will be live this year from Superior Bar and Grill on Government Street in Baton Rouge. There will be 14 shows over a 15-week period with the only exception coming on Dec. 30 when the Tigers will be in action that night at the Maravich Assembly Center against UNO.
The flagship station for the show is Eagle 98.1 FM in Baton Rouge. Other markets scheduled to carry the show are: Alexandria — KSYL 970 AM; Jena — KJNA 102.7 FM; Lafayette — KVOL 105.9 FM; Lake Charles — KLCL 1470 AM; Monroe — KMLB 1440 AM; New Iberia — KANE 1240 AM; New Orleans — WWL 870 AM (live following the conclusion of football season); Opelousas — KSLO 1230 AM; Shreveport — KWKH 1130 AM (50,000-watt clear-channel); Tallulah — KBYO 1360 AM, 104.5 FM; and, Thibodaux — KTIB 640 AM.
BATON ROUGE — Single game ticket sales for the remainder of the men and women’s basketball season will go on sale at 8 a.m. Monday at the LSU Athletic Ticket Office.
Also beginning Monday, LSU will offer a new “Pick 5” package of tickets for both men’s and women’s basketball.
