Football to be Featured on ESPN's 'The Season'

BATON ROUGE — The LSU football program will be featured this week on ESPN’s “The Season”, a 30-minute weekly show dedicated to college football in the Southeastern Conference.

“The Season” airs at 11 p.m. on Thursday on ESPN (cable channel 35 in Baton Rouge) and will re-air at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday on ESPN.

This week’s show takes a behind-the-scenes look at the LSU football team as they prepared for last week’s game against South Carolina.

Some of the highlights of Thursday’s show include all-access video of coaches and player meetings, footage in the LSU locker room, both during the week and prior to the game, as well as a visit to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center with some of the Tigers.

“The Season” also takes a behind-the-scenes look at the LSU band as they prepare for Saturday night in Tiger Stadium as well as Mike the Tiger, LSU’s live Bengal tiger mascot.
