Tiger Stadium Venue Operations Information
Loading Dock and Service Tunnel:
- Tiger Stadium doesn’t have a true loading dock for large scale events. The Southeast Tunnel is the only entrance to the field that has the height necessary for most stage load-ins.
- Freight Elevator
- There are only ramps for most of the stadium when loading equipment like cameras into the upper decks and/or endzones.
- Equipment transportation on and off the field
- 18 wheelers
- Can pull into Lot 300 on the East Side of the stadium for pick up and drop off.
- Will have to be moved to offsite parking
- Exterior Laydown/staging areas
- 18 wheelers

- PMAC is available, especially for a festival type of event with multiple acts
Electrical:
- Lighting, Sound, & Rigging is all provided by the production
- Shore power
- Internet/Phone
- Scoreboard/Ribbon Boards
- House PA
Staffing:
- Stagehands & Riggers are available through the preferred third party vendor (Rhino) or they may bring in additional touring crew for the event.
- Union vs Non-Union
- Allied Staffing for security, ushers and ticket takers
- LSU staff would consist of event & facility managers
- Law Enforcement
- Medical
- Custodial
- Runners
- Maintenance – Athletics/Campus provided
