Tiger Stadium Venue Operations Information

Loading Dock and Service Tunnel:

• Tiger Stadium doesn’t have a true loading dock for large scale events. The Southeast Tunnel is the only entrance to the field that has the height necessary for most stage load-ins.
• Freight Elevator
  • There are only ramps for most of the stadium when loading equipment like cameras into the upper decks and/or endzones.
• Equipment transportation on and off the field
  • 18 wheelers
    • Can pull into Lot 300 on the East Side of the stadium for pick up and drop off.
    • Will have to be moved to offsite parking 
  • Exterior Laydown/staging areas

House/Stage Equipment:

      • Stanchions
      • Stage

Bus/Trailer Parking (Talent/Catering/Crew/etc):

• Locations with hook up capabilities:
  • TV compound in Lot 101
  • Lot 300

Dressing Rooms/Production Office Space/Meet & Greet Areas:

• PMAC is available, especially for a festival type of event with multiple acts

Electrical:

• Lighting, Sound, & Rigging is all provided by the production
• Shore power
• Internet/Phone
• Scoreboard/Ribbon Boards
• House PA

Staffing:

• Stagehands & Riggers are available through the preferred third party vendor (Rhino) or they may bring in additional touring crew for the event.
  • Union vs Non-Union
• Allied Staffing for security, ushers and ticket takers
• LSU staff would consist of event & facility managers
• Law Enforcement
• Medical
• Custodial
• Runners
• Maintenance – Athletics/Campus provided
