The LSU Athletic Department strives to create a safe, entertaining and memorable gameday that celebrates history, enhances guest experience and embraces the customer service skills and character of you, our Team Members.

The impact of our Team Members is tremendous, beginning from the first interaction of the day and ending when the last guest leaves the venue. By applying the principles of HELP!, Team Members contribute to the excellent level of guest service while also helping to create moments that make LSU a place like no other.

The HELP! program was established in 2020 by the LSU Athletics Department with a goal of providing a unified language regarding game and event day experiences for fans, guests, donors, student athletes and game day team members.

This program is a tool designed to support all vendors and their team members who impact the LSU Athletic experience.

Thank you for creating a memorable experience for our fans, guests, donors, student athletics and other team members. Your impactful stories will be used to create the next tradition at LSU Athletics.

As our way to say “THANK YOU” for exhibiting these HELP! principles, you may redeem this token for an exclusive LSU item at the LSU SportsShop next to Mike the Tiger’s habitat, from Monday – Saturday (excluding LSU Football home game days), from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. CT.

Love the token? You make elect to keep the token, however, you will not be able to receive the gift(s) and/or discount from the LSU SportShop without turning in the token.
