What is the Geaux Rewards Program?

Available to ALL fans nationally, the Geaux Rewards program allows anyone to earn points when shopping at Geaux Rewards locations such as Albertsons and the PMAC. As your points balance increases, you’ll start redeeming amazing rewards such as Tickets, Experiences, Team Merchandise, LSU Memorabilia, and much more.

Is there a cost to join?

No, Geaux Rewards is free for fans to join.

How do I create my Geaux Rewards account?

Simply create a free user account by downloading the LSU Sports mobile app for iOS or Android or visiting lsusports.net and selecting the “Geaux Rewards” option from the menu. Connect your preferred credit or debit card to the program and start earning points on your daily shopping at Geaux Rewards locations such as grocery stores, quick service restaurants, gas stations, and more.

How can I earn points?

Earn points with every in-store or online purchase at Geaux Rewards locations and in-venue purchases during every gameday at the PMAC. Just connect any existing credit or debit card you already own to Geaux Rewards and start earning today. If you unlink your card before the transaction posts to your card statement, you will not receive any points for that purchase. This means that maintaining the link between your card and your account is crucial for ensuring that all eligible transactions are counted towards your points balance. Can I earn points for scanning receipts?

Yes! You can earn points by purchasing specified consumer packaged goods (CPG) from designated retailers. Just scan your receipt via the Geaux Rewards section inside of the LSU Sports mobile app or website. Receipts must show a clear date, retailer name, and purchased items, and be submitted within 30 days of purchase for eligibility. The card linked to your Geaux Rewards account is not required to earn points for these types of item-level purchases.

Do I need to use my phone or display a QR code when making an in-store purchase?

No, just use the credit or debit card that is linked to your Geaux Rewards account.

How do I know which brands are eligible points earning locations?

All participating third-party merchants, or brand partners, of LSU Athletics are listed inside the “Earn” section of the Geaux Rewards experience.

Can I earn points for referring people to sign-up?

Yes! For every person that signs up using your personal referral link, you both will earn 500 bonus points.

When will the points I earn show up in my Geaux Rewards account?
  • Shopping with Linked Card  Points will be added to your Geaux Rewards account once the transaction moves from pending to posted on your bank or credit card statement. This usually occurs within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Receipt Scanning – Points will be added to your Geaux Rewards account immediately.
  • Referrals – Once your friend signs up and creates a Geaux Rewards account you will see those points on your account.

How often will new rewards be added to the program?

Geaux Rewards is a 24/7, 365 program. New rewards will be added year-round. This means you can earn points any day of the year.

Do points expire and is there a limit on what I can redeem?

Points expire one (1) year from the date you earn them. There is no limit on what you can choose to redeem with your points.

How does the rewards redemption process work?
Geaux Rewards uses a true dynamic pricing model to keep things fair and responsive to demand. Here’s how it works:
  • Starting Price: When a new reward is listed, it begins at a set number of points.
  • Dynamic Adjustments: Each time a fan claims that reward, the price will increase slightly to reflect higher demand. If the reward isn’t being claimed, its price will gradually decrease toward a reserve (minimum) price as the expiration date approaches.
  • Claim It When You’re Ready: You can redeem your points whenever the current price feels right for you — but keep in mind that popular rewards may rise in price as others claim them.
  • Fair and Balanced: It’s a more accurate and transparent way to reflect real-time demand and maintain fairness for everyone.
Can I buy more points? Are they refundable?

Geaux Rewards members may purchase pre-fixed amounts of points. You can do this within the Geaux Rewards experience to redeem a reward faster. All Program points and prizes are non-refundable.

Can I sell or trade my points to other people?

Points, prizes, and badges may not be re-sold or transferred to other users.

What is the value of my points?

Points do not have any monetary value; they can only be used within the Geaux Rewards program.

Can I connect more than one credit/debit card to my account?

Only one card can be connected to your account at any given time.
